I did ultrasound some years ago, and found out I have polycystic ovarian morphology. That time I was a bit overweight too, but after that I started exercising, yoga, healthy food, and lost weight, and my period was on track. Doctor prescribed regestrone when the period is delayed only and otherwise it's lifestyle changes. Last year it was okay, but this year I am again seeing the period is not coming on time, and sometimes I am taking regestrone, though I am still following good lifestyle, I did my blood test few days ago too, thyroid, sugar, cholesterol everything is within limit, just vitamin d was a bit low, as I live in nordic country, so I started taking vitamin d tablets. I also started taking flaxseed, but what needs to be done more to regulate the period without taking any medication. Let me know. I am 28 years old female. Thanks.
